​With 20 years of business ownership and process improvement experience, I have seen how a company can get bogged down with inefficiencies, redundancies, insufficient processes and miscommunication…and also how it can re-focus, retool and redesign into a more efficient, strategically focused and much more profitable organization.  My former clients include large multinational companies - I understand the challenges faced by the C-Suite as well as the mid-level managers who get conflicting priorities from the top.  Also, as an entrepreneur who has launched successful businesses, I understand the excitement and strains of the entrepreneurial lifestyle.

My typical clients have 100 to 10,000 employees , but my experience ranges from large companies such as Suncor Energy Inc., Enbridge Inc., Washington Metro (WMATA) and Baltimore Gas Electric to firms as small as a single person medical practice.

After many years as a consultant and project manager with DuPont Safety Resources, I realized I can better serve my clients by working independently. As the principal of a small and growing firm, I have the flexibility to help companies solve all types of strategic and operational problems without being constrained to one methodology.
